General. This Site is owned and operated by YTML, LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("YTML"), which also conducts business under the name "You Touched My Life." Therefore, you should visit this Site periodically for changes. This Site is continually under development and changes in this Site may be made from time to time. Any changes are effective upon posting to this Site. If you disagree with the Terms or any changes, your sole remedy is to discontinue your use of this Site. Your continued use of this Site, after a change has been posted, constitutes your acceptance of our changes.

Site Security. YTML strives to maintain a safe and secure environment on our Site. In this effort, you are prohibited from violating, or attempting to violate, the security of this Site. Any such violations may result in criminal and/or civil penalties against you. YTML will investigate any alleged or suspected violations. If a suspected criminal violation is suspected by or reported to us, we will cooperate with law enforcement agencies in all appropriate investigations.

Other. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of these Terms is unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
